- Delivery will be on the subsequent business day for all orders taken before 2:00 p.m. each day within the Klang Valley. - For other areas, delivery will be made within two to three working days depending on customer’s area. - -- Please contact us to check on details and charges. - Post office boxes: Please note that we cannot deliver to a post office box address. - Receiving your order: Please note that orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order, the postal carrier will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal service. - While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Our office is open for business and taking orders on Mondays to Friday from 9.00 am - 6.00 pm and Saturdays from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Orders can be made 24 hours a day from YellowBee.my website, however it will only be processed on working office hours.
We accept all major credit cards that MOLPay payment gateway is handling. Corporate or B2B orders must be faxed/emailed with company stamp. Personal orders must be paid by cash or credit card prior to delivery.

All orders will be confirmed by email. Although extensive care is taken in processing all online orders, there are still some possibilities beyond our control whereby an order could be overlooked. If you do not hear from us after one day, please contact us. All personal orders must be paid via MOLPay or credit cards or Paypal or bank-in or cash. In the event that the brand of products are not available during the time of order, YellowBee.my reserves the right to substitute them with other brand of products of equal or higher value and We will inform you for the unavailable item of products. All information in this website is subject to change without prior notice.
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is submitted, placed or/and packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

Flammable Items - Products: Liquids, Sprays and Flammable items and some consumable items cannot be shipped via Air Freight (East Malaysia) or/and Internationally.
With PosLaju or/and any Domestic or/and International Courrier Services requirements to ensure the safe handling of the above Spray-Aerosol and compliance with PosLaju or/and any Domestic or/and International Courrier Services regulations, we are advising to avoid shipping to either Sabah or/and Sarawak (East Malaysia), as it may be rejected/accepted to be shipped!

Q. How to purchase my order on the YellowBee.my site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. Where do you ship from?
- We ship from our warehouses located in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
- It will usually take 24–48 hours upon receiving your order confirmation & Bank-In/Payment for all orders to be Pick & Pack. Shipping times shall take about 1-2 days within Peninsular Malaysia by mostly PosLaju.
Q. How long will it take to receive my tracking number?
- Upon dropping your Parcel to the Courier Service Provider, we shall email you your respective Tracking number within the same day.
Q. How long Poslaju takes to deliver?
- PosLaju Shipping times does take about 1-2 days within Peninsular Malaysia.
Q. Where can I place an order from?
- You can place an order from any country, as long as our Courier Service Providers does have delivery services there.

- It is calculated on your Order Total Weight based on your Delivery Address.

- We process all orders in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) at the most current exchange rate (unless stated).

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

Return And Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold by YellowBee.my within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (terms & conditions applied). Follow instructions for your defective items as hereafter.
Full Refunds or Replacements
Unopened and return within 7 days of delivery. If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
1) Unopened and return after 7 days delivery. Basically we will refund 80% of the price sold and it is subject to change depends on each item. Any item that has obvious signs of use. Any item not returned in the condition it was received. Return shipping costs will be charged accordingly.
2) Refund for Order(s)/Parcel(s) Unclaimed then returned to Sender, options could be chosen as follow:
2a - bank-in for Handling Fee RM10.00 + initial Shipping Fee to re-Ship to initial delivery address
2b - refund of Order Amount (exclusive of Shipping Fee) minus 30% Admin.Fee.
3) Refund for Order(s)/Parcel(s) that have not been returned to Sender either by Shipping Company or/and Receiver would not be entitled to refund, until such returned to Sender has been initiated and duly received by Sender.
4) Refund for any others non-listed above reasons would be dealt at our own discretion with as follow:
4a - Order Amount (exclusive of Shipping Fee) minus 40% Admin. Fee
Items that are not returnable
YellowBee.my does not accept returns of the following items: Items that labelled "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page. Any products that has obvious signs of use. Items purchased from sellers other than YellowBee.my You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after you have returned the goods to the return shipper. However, most of the time you will receive the refund in a shorter time period. This time period includes the transit time from the return shipper to us (5 to 10 business days), the time to process your goods returned once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time to process the refund (2 - 3 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail about your request to refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you need to return an item, please leave us a message at email@example.com. We will contact you to arrange the returns.
